EASY POHA UPMA

INGREDIENTS
Poha/Rice flakes/Atukulu-2 cups
Onion-1 big (chopped)
Peanuts-2-3 tbsps
Urad dal-1-2 tsps
Channa dal-1 tsp
Green chillies-4-5 chopped
Mustard seeds -1 tsp
Turmeric-a pinch
Dry red chillies-2-3(broken)
Cashew nuts-2-3 tbsps
Curry leaves-few
Salt-to taste
Oil-1-2 tbsps
Lemon wedge-Garnishing
Coriander leaves-garnishing
PROCEDURE-

Wash poha and squeeze excess water.Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, dry red chilly, chana dal,urad dal, curry leaves, onions,green chillies, turmeric,peanuts and cashew nuts.Cook for few mins(till fried).Now add salt.Finally add wet Poha and mix all the ingredients well.Adjust salt and then serve.
SERVING TIPS-Serve hot with lemon wedge and chopped coriander leaves.
SUGGESTION-I like to add Kobbari karam for additional taste
