Made myself convenient for this post and i am here to share this Sweet delight ~ Almond or Badam halwa with you all. This treat comes all the way from Rajasthan !!!
BADAM HALWA
INGREDIENTS-

Almonds-1 cup
Ghee-5-6 tbsps
Wheat flour/ atta - 3 tbsps
Roasted almonds powder- 2 tbsps (optional)
Sugar-as per taste
Roasted nuts -3 tbsps
PROCEDURE-
Soak Almonds overnight, peel and grind them into a paste by adding little water.Meanwhile heat ghee in a kadhai and allow it to melt, add wheat flour and stir this mixture well and avoid lumps. Now add almonds paste, roasted almonds powder, sugar and little water. Mix all the ingredients well. Transfer the contents into a serving bowl and serve.If required you can add ghee.
Garnish with roasted nuts and serve.
