IDLI
INGREDIENTS

Urad dal-1 and 1/2 cups
Idli rawa-1 cup
Fenugreek seeds-1 tsp
Salt-as per taste
Water
Ghee/oil-for greasing
PROCEDURE-

Soak Urad dal and idli rawa separately for 5-6 hours along with fenugreek seeds.Drain excess water and grind all the ingredients by adding required amounts of water.Now add salt.Mix well and allow it to ferment overnight.Grease idli moulds with ghee and pour a ladle of batter in each mould.Pour water in a pressure cooker and place this idli stand in it.Pressure cook for 15 minutes without weight.After 10 mins remove with the help of a spoon and serve.
SPICY PEANUT POWDER

INGREDIENTS-
Roasted peanuts-1 cup
Dry red chillies-6-7(broken)
Garlic- 3-4 pods
Coriander seeds-1/2 tsp
Salt-as per taste
Red chilli powder-1 tbsp
sugar-1 pinch
PROCEDURE-
Grind all the ingredients coarsely and then serve along with hot idlis.
You can also serve idlis with Peanut chutney or Ginger pickle
