Yeah, you read it right.What Beach style???????Yes
According to me we have 2 Bhel puri versions.One is North Indian where you add all those 3 chutneys and the other is Beach style version where these 3 chutneys are not required.Mostly you find this near Ramakrishna beach.So i am calling it Beach style.Last week(Sunday) me and Sai(my 7yr old friend & neighbor)prepared this quick delight.I did the chopping part and Sai mixed all these ingredients.
So here is our Beach style version.
BEACH STYLE BHEL PURI-

INGREDIENTS-
Puffed rice-2 cups
Onion-1 big (chopped)
Tomato-1 med (chopped)
Green chillies-2 (chopped)
Salt-to taste
Red chilli powder-as per taste
Sugar-pinch
Coriander-2 tsps (chopped)
Lime juice-
Oil-for mixing
Mixture-handful(readymade)
Roasted peanuts-2 tbsps
PROCEDURE-

Mix all these ingredients one by one in a bowl and serve.
NOTE-Consume immediately.

Just a little suggestion, its better to keep the copy right notice in almost transparent font colors, otherwise it spoils the whole image.
