Today i am sharing tasty peanut chutney......
PEANUT CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS-
Roasted peanuts-1/2 cup
Roasted gram-1/4 th cup
Coconut-1/4th cup
Salt-as per taste
Green chilli-8-9
SEASONING-
Oil-1 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/4th tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Red chilli-2-3
Curry leaves-1 stem
Dry red chilli-3-4
PROCEDURE

Heat oil in a pan and fry green chillies and remove.Now grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste by adding water as required.Now heat oil in the same pan and fry all the ingredients required for seasoning and add it to the prepared chutney.Mix all the ingredients and serve it along with idli or dosa.

Peanut chutney looks yummy ya, very nice presentation too, looks lovely with the red chilli and curry leaves arranged on the plate.
