Vegetable Noodles

Any time favorite for all age groups. All of us are hooked to this Indo - Chinese street food. I love noodles and I fondly remember calling it as nooiiles.... :). I love veggie nooiiles...oops noodles. Health and taste is always a deadly combo.. I have added lot of vegetables to make it more healthy and simple flavors gave that delicate taste that I was looking for... Here goes my simple yet tasty Vegetable noodles....

Vegetable Noodles
Chinese Noodles - 1 and 1/2 cup
Cabbage - 1 cup (finely chopped)
Carrots- 1/2 cup (cut into strips)
Capsicum- 1 medium sized ( cut into strips)
Onion -1 medium sized (Cut into strips)
Chings Chowmein Masala - 1packet
Salt -as Per taste
Oil- as required
Tomato chilli sauce- 2 tsps

Add 3-4 cups of water and boil noodles. Add a teaspoon of oil to prevent stickiness. Strain water and transfer noodles into cold water.

Take a pan and heat oil on it. Saute all the vegetables one by one till they are half cooked. Now add Salt, tomato sauce and chowmein masala. Mix all the ingredients well and then add boiled noodles. Stir well. Cook for 2-3 mins. Transfer the contents onto a plate and serve hot.
